We were delighted that the Ipswich local news reporter Daniella Zoller was available to hear our story of teaching lace in Ipswich for the first time in decades (we think!).

Preserving and sharing Ipswich’s rich lacemaking history shares our story of doing classes in Ipswich again to encourage lacemaking in the area. We are teaching down the street from where Mary Baker taught local children 200 years ago.

People who couldn’t make the first class have asked us for more dates, and we have created new classes in our “store” listings. They are scheduled further out to give people more time to schedule and plan their own calendars. Check out our store listings for the upcoming class dates.
